Due to illnesses, staffing changes, and the San Diego wildfires, the October e-link will be published in an abbreviated form.

The four issues dealt with in this shortened bulletin are:

1) donations in support of victims of the San Diego wildfires can be made on the San
    Diego Catholic Charities' web site, 

2) complimentary tickets are available until 8:00 p.m. today for 37 showings of Bella this
    weekend,

3) Joseph Horejs, assistant in the OSM, has accepted a position with John Paul the Great
    University and leaves the OSM today,

4) Holy Hour with Bishop Cordileone has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 27,
    2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pastoral Center, 3888 Paducah Drive, San Diego
